Your healthcare provider can enroll you in DECNUPAZ Support Services by filling out a simple form.

Navigating the insurance process

Once you are enrolled in DECNUPAZ Support Services, we will work directly with your healthcare provider to understand your insurance coverage and explore financial assistance options.

Co-pay assistance

Eligible, commercially insured patients could pay as little as $0 for DECNUPAZ.*

myAbbVie Assist

*Eligibility: Available to patients with commercial insurance coverage for DECNUPAZ (pivekimab sunirine-pvzy) who meet eligibility criteria.
